The latest version of iTunes is available directly from Apple's website , it is free and is available for both Mac and PC.

Next you must subscribe to our podcast either by clicking on the Subscribe links or following the below directions.
Open Up iTunes, Click on the Advanced pull down menu at the top of your iTunes and select "Subscribe to Podcast.."
Then put in the following url into the place provided.
